Since graduating from LKYSPP, Jessica has successfully transitioned from broadcast journalist to policy researcher. In June 2019, she joined the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), a local think-tank that focuses on regional and global issues. As a deputy director, she helps drive the organisation’s ASEAN-related programmes, including events such as regional roundtable meetings and conferences.

As a graduate student, Gwendolyn Thong faced a challenge — she was a single parent to a primary schooler, and occasionally, she would have to bring her son Leonard to LKYSPP. Today, Gwendolyn is an educator and runs an education technology start-up, Chatty Caterpillar, which helps people develop valuable mental wellness skill sets.

Mulya Amri has always wanted to do work that impacts people’s lives – by helping to transform cities into more prosperous, inclusive and sustainable places. He now leads the capacity-building arm of Golkar, one of Indonesia’s largest and oldest political parties.
